What Is a Bible Fellowship Group?
Riverbend Bible Fellowship Groups are Sunday morning groups which meet at the church. Meeting times are 7:45 a.m., 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
The purpose of BFGs is five-fold:
- To engage in Bible study, focusing on theology and the doctrines of Scripture.
- To pray corporately with those in the group--praying for the church, the families represented in the group and other known needs as deemed appropriate by the leader of the group.
- To fellowship with one another during the meeting, developing meaningful relationships.
- To minister to one another in the group as needs develop.
- To reach out to the community by inviting friends and relatives of group members to attend.
