Membership Process

• Stop by or call the church office (386-672-1821) to sign up for the next Membership Class. By attending this event, you will learn what Riverbend believes and practices. Plus, you will have the opportunity to meet our elders and ask any questions you may have.
• Schedule a pastoral interview by calling the church office.
• During your interview, you will be asked for your testimony and to confirm (or schedule) your Biblical baptism by immersion.
• Sign the Affirmation of Membership, which states that you will live by the Riverbend Membership Covenant and the Church By-Laws.  You can view these documents in our Membership Matters handbook.
• After your membership is complete, you will be approved for membership by the Elders and then introduced to the church body during one of our worship services.
