To provide a safe, healthy environment for all our children, children CANNOT stay in childcare if they exhibit any of the following symptoms. This is for the safety of the children, as well as the volunteers who serve in this ministry.
Fever
Any child with a temperature of 101 degrees or greater.
Vomiting
At any time while in childcare or within the previous 24 hours.
Diarrhea
While in childcare or within the previous 24 hours.
Runny Nose
With any colored discharge.
Bad Cough
Many infections are transmitted through the air by coughing or sneezing.
Common Cold or Sore Throat
Skin Infections
Unexplained rash, boils, ringworm, impetigo, etc.
Head Lice
Miscellaneous
Any symptoms of unusual childhood diseases: Scarlet fever, German measles, mumps, chicken pox, whooping cough, pink eye, etc.
